DossierBoy is the Dossier.tn AI assistant. From the file page, the reviewer clicks a button: DossierBoy starts by analysing the file against your instructions, then the reviewer can ask it questions.
Its analysis answers the questions your team asks for every file:
- does the document match the one requested?
- is it legible, complete and still valid?
- do names, dates and numbers match from one document to the next and with the file’s information?
- is there anything the reviewer should pay attention to?
For each document, it suggests accepting or rejecting, with the reason.
Your instructions, your rules
Each file template has its own review prompt. You write in plain language what DossierBoy should check, for example:
Check that the tax certificate is in the name of the company in the file, that it is still valid and that the stamp is visible.
An account opening, an enrolment and an insurance claim do not have the same requirements: each template keeps its own.
Where the time is saved
- Compliant documents are spotted straight away. The reviewer confirms the recommendation instead of re-reading everything.
- Cross-checks are done for you. Comparing a name or a date across three documents is slow and tedious: DossierBoy does it and flags any mismatch.
- Obvious problems stand out. Wrong document, blurry photo, expired date: the correction request goes out sooner, and the client corrects sooner.
- Checks are consistent. A new reviewer relies on the same criteria as your most experienced ones.
