Each paid plan without the DossierBoy add-on includes the company’s remaining discovery allowance, shared across all members and files. These are the same analyses as during the trial: moving to a paid plan does not create a new allowance. Discovery adds no questions and is not refilled on renewal or a plan change.

No. Each applicant receives a personal link by email and, if you wish, by SMS. That link is all they need to upload documents and follow their file.

Yes. On a phone, the customer opens their link and, for each document, takes a photo with the phone’s camera or uploads an existing file. They can add several photos per document, for example the front and back of an ID card, with no app to install.

Yes. You define your list and mark each document as required or optional. The file cannot be submitted while a required document is missing.

Yes. Each type of request can have its own template, with its own documents, information, instructions, messages and colour. The free trial includes 1 active template, Starter 2, Plus 3, Pro 5, Advanced 10 and Business 15; Custom to suit your needs. The initial template counts towards the limit. File and storage quotas, like DossierBoy, are shared by all the company’s templates, and archiving a template frees a place without deleting its files.

You tick one or more reasons. The applicant sees the reason and uploads a new version. The rejected version stays in the history, and the other documents keep their status.

You decide, status by status: email or SMS, to the applicant, to your team, or both. You can also customise the message text.

Yes. Your form can create the file automatically through the API, Contact Form 7 for WordPress included. The personal link is returned to your website so you can add it to your confirmation email.

In private storage that is never reachable at a public address. Every file goes through antivirus quarantine before it can be opened, and every access is checked.

Yes, with different roles: master for the whole company, administrator with custom rights, assistant for preparation. Every action is recorded with its author.

Yes. Your customers upload their own documents from their personal link, at their own pace, with no appointment and no help needed from your team. On your side, you create your account online and set up your file templates yourself, with nothing to install. Your team only steps in to review and approve.

Plans are paid yearly only, excluding tax: there is no monthly payment. Prices are shown as a monthly equivalent. Creation quotas stay monthly: 50 files per month for Starter, 150 for Plus, 300 for Pro, 600 for Advanced and 1,000 for Business. DossierBoy is added for a fixed yearly price by plan, with no credits or top-ups.

DossierBoy covers every file in the plan: 2 analyses and 3 questions per file, 30 pages maximum per analysis, shared by all members. It analyses the documents and pages you select, following your instructions, and flags anomalies and points to check; your team keeps the final decision. In the free trial, DossierBoy is included with 2 analyses and 3 questions in total for the whole company, 5 pages maximum per analysis.

No. They are shared by all users in the company, file by file, and do not reset after a change, a new file or a subscription renewal.

Yes, with a new analysis: another selection of pages uses one of the two available runs. Questions are about the latest up-to-date analysis; pages that were not selected are not examined.

No new analysis or question can be run. The history of analyses and answers remains available.
