Dossier.tn is set up company by company: your documents, your stages, your messages and your rules. The 57 options below are included in every plan.
Your client opens their file through a unique link, with no account or password to create.
Choose permanent links or a lifetime of 1 to 3,650 days in your company settings. After expiry, the applicant can no longer open the file or its documents. Expiring a link does not delete the file.
One click creates a new link and disables the old one, open sessions included.
A missing required document blocks submission. An optional document does not.
PDF, JPG or PNG files uploaded by drag and drop from a phone or computer. Your company can set the maximum size per file within the platform limit.
On their phone, the customer photographs each document straight from the portal, with no app to install: front, back or several pages, each photo goes in its place. The photo goes straight into their secure file, without going through email or WhatsApp.
Short or long text, dates and choice lists, each with its own instructions and help link.
Minimum and maximum length, allowed characters: errors are flagged before sending.
The client comes back whenever they like. The portal reminds them of what is uploaded but not yet submitted.
For each question and each requested file: formatted instructions (bold, colours, lists), a link to a document to download and a video that shows your client what to do.
Each piece of information and each document is accepted or rejected separately. Accepted items keep their status.
Your own reasons, one or more per rejection. A single notification groups every correction requested.
A corrected document creates a new version. Earlier versions stay available with their decision.
Each file stays in quarantine until it is scanned. A suspicious file is blocked before any review.
Depending on their rights, a team member gives a positive or negative opinion on each item (information or document), then on the complete file. An authorised manager then makes the final decision. You can require this opinion before any approval; it must be renewed if the file changes.
An authorised manager can approve despite reservations. Their reason, name and date stay in the history.
An approved file can be reopened if a document or a piece of information must be completed.
Every action is dated and attributed: who uploaded, changed, accepted or rejected, with values before and after.
For each stage of the file, choose email, SMS or both, for the client, for the team or for no one.

If the applicant has lost the invitation, check the email address on the dossier and confirm to resend the personal link.
Start an analysis and move on to the next case. A desktop notification takes you to the result in one click, or lets you know if the analysis stopped. These alerts apply to the analyses included in your plan.
When a case joins your to-do list or a new document arrives on a case that needs attention, open it straight from the alert. Enable browser notifications for your account to receive them even after closing all DOSSIER.TN tabs, while you remain signed in.
One template per type of request, each with its own documents, information, instructions, messages and colour. Create one or duplicate an existing template; your files can be filtered by template. The number of active templates depends on your plan; archive the ones you no longer use to free up a place, without losing their files.
Choose the colour of each stage and what the client can view or edit at each one.
Each file gets a reference with your prefix, for example ABC-1000. A number is never reused.
Choose the information shown at the top of the file, its sections and its order.
The client portal and the messages appear in the language of the file.
Clients reply to emails directly at your company’s address.
Choose the fields that provide the client’s name, email and phone. Every change is kept in the history.
