A form on your website, an internal tool or manual entry: all three paths create the same file, with the same rules.
When the form is submitted, your website calls Dossier.tn from the server. The file is created with the information entered, and the personal link is added to the confirmation email your customer already receives. A Contact Form 7 connection for WordPress is available.
Your company’s own API key gives access to your file templates, creation in the template of your choice, file uploads, decisions and the personal link. Documentation and the OpenAPI description are available in your workspace.
For a file received by phone or at the counter, your team creates it in the admin area and sends the invitation in one click.

Notify clients and your team at useful stages of the file. You choose when to send an SMS, who receives it and what it says.
Use your own active account, its SMS credit and a sender name authorised by WinSMS.
In “Company & notifications”, enter your sender name and WinSMS API key. Keep the key private: never put it in a public form.
In the template notifications, select the stages and SMS recipients. Customise texts and variables, then save. Saving the key alone does not enable every notification.
The connection is included among the DOSSIER.TN options. SMS use your WinSMS account balance and are not included in your DOSSIER.TN plan price. Email remains an independent channel.

Each paid plan without the DossierBoy add-on includes the company’s remaining discovery allowance, shared across all members and files.
