Service and customers
DOSSIER.TN lets you configure templates, collect information and files, track their review and communicate with applicants. Subscriptions are available exclusively to businesses, professionals and organisations for their business activities; they are not offered to individuals for personal use.
Anyone opening or administering an account must be authorised to act on behalf of their organisation. They must provide accurate information and protect their team’s access credentials. The customer determines who is authorised to access its dossiers and which rules apply to them.
Plans, trial and limits
The plan’s features and limits are presented before ordering and in the customer account. Displayed monthly prices allow plans to be compared: paid subscriptions are billed annually. Exceeding a limit does not create any entitlement to unlimited use.
The free trial is limited to 14 days and 5 dossiers in total, with 1 template, 200 MB of storage and 1 member. The DossierBoy trial includes 2 analyses and 3 questions in total for the company, with a maximum of 5 pages per analysis. Registering again does not entitle you to another trial.
The paid DossierBoy option includes 2 analyses and 3 questions per dossier, with a maximum of 30 pages per analysis. These counters do not reset upon renewal. Any expressly agreed special terms and the displayed limits of the subscribed plan remain applicable.
Each paid plan without the DossierBoy add-on includes 2 free discovery analyses once for the entire company, shared across its members and dossiers, with a maximum of 5 pages per analysis and no questions. This allowance is shared with the trial’s 2 analyses: analyses already used are deducted, and moving to a paid plan does not grant an additional allowance. Renewal and plan changes do not refill it.
Ordering and payment
The order summary states the plan, currency, annual amount, applicable taxes and fees, and available payment methods. The customer must check this summary before confirming. Proof of a bank transfer does not constitute confirmation that funds have been received.
Paid access is activated after payment confirmation. Card payments depend on their displayed availability. When payment in dinars is offered for a price expressed in euros, the exchange rate and amount to be debited are presented before confirmation.
The payment provider’s applicable terms are presented before the transaction is confirmed.
Term and annual renewal
A paid subscription covers a 12-month period. Renewing before expiry extends the paid period; after expiry, the new period starts on reactivation. Moving from the trial to a paid plan ends the trial and starts the paid period.
When both options are offered before payment, you explicitly choose between a 12-month subscription renewed manually and a subscription that renews automatically each year. Automatic renewal applies only if you expressly select and confirm it before paying. With manual renewal, a new payment requires your action. If you choose automatic renewal, you can disable it before the next renewal date using your subscription management link. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.
Renewal does not guarantee the same price for life. Any price change applicable upon renewal is announced before taking effect, with the option to disable the next renewal. Payments without automatic renewal require a new payment confirmation.
Use, documents and artificial intelligence
The customer remains responsible for the information requested, documents uploaded, necessary authorisations and decisions made by its team. The customer agrees not to use the service for unlawful activities, malicious content or to circumvent access rights and subscribed limits.
DossierBoy assists with reviewing selected material. Its responses may contain errors or omissions. They must be checked by an authorised person and do not constitute a certification of authenticity or an automated approval decision.
Interruptions may occur, including for maintenance or due to incidents. Customers experiencing difficulties should contact support. These terms do not guarantee continuous availability or a service entirely free of errors.
End of access and complaints
When the trial or a subscription that has not been renewed expires, access to business features may be blocked. The customer must arrange its exports before expiry. Dossiers and files may subsequently be deleted in accordance with the retention periods communicated in the account or notifications; a later payment does not restore files that have already been deleted.
Access may also be suspended in the event of abuse or a security risk. Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting data are separate processes, described in the related policies.
Complaints may be sent to contact@dossier.tn. These terms are governed by Tunisian law, subject to applicable mandatory rules and the payment provider’s terms for the relevant transaction. No provision limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
