Vague lists, scattered documents, unexplained rejections: the five reasons files end up incomplete, and what to change to avoid them.
An incomplete file is expensive: a postponed appointment, a customer chased three times, a team retyping the same details. The causes are almost always the same.
1. A vague list of documents
“Proof of address” can mean a bill, a residence certificate or a lease. In Dossier.tn, each document has its own instructions, shown to the applicant at the moment of upload.
2. No difference between required and optional
When everything looks required, applicants wait until they have it all and put off uploading. Say what is essential: a missing required document blocks submission, an optional one does not.
3. Documents sent through several channels
One document by email, another on WhatsApp, a third at the counter: nobody has the full picture. With a single personal link, everything arrives in the same place.
4. Rejections without explanation
“Document not compliant” does not say what to fix. Precise rejection reasons, such as a blurred photo, an expired document or a missing page, let the applicant send the right document the first time.
5. Uploading everything at once
Few people have all their documents at hand. Progressive upload lets them start right away and come back later: whatever has been uploaded stays saved.
In short
A clear list, a single channel and explained rejections are often enough to cut back-and-forth significantly.
