From a WordPress form
When the form is sent, your website calls Dossier.tn on the server side. The file is created with the details entered, and the personal link is added to the confirmation email your customer already receives. A Contact Form 7 connector is available.
From your own tools
The REST API, with a key specific to your company, lets you read the file template, create a file, upload documents and retrieve the personal link. The documentation, with examples in PHP, Node.js and Python, is available in your space.
No duplicates
An Idempotency-Key header ensures that the same request sent twice creates only one file, even if your server retries after an outage.
One security rule
The personal link is a secret: send it to the applicant, but never write it in your logs.

For a file received by phone or at the counter, your team creates it directly in the administration and sends the invitation in one click.
