DossierBoy, the Dossier.tn AI assistant, is built into your space: it analyses the file against your instructions, flags discrepancies with their evidence and answers your reviewer’s questions. Your team keeps the decision.
DossierBoy, the Dossier.tn AI assistant, is available in your space. You recognise it by its icon: a brain at the centre of a turning gear. On the open file, one button launches it, and it prepares the review for your reviewer.
What DossierBoy does
- It analyses the documents and pages you select in one click, following the instructions you have written for each file template.
- It gives a clear conclusion: the points to correct or clarify, those still to be checked and the checks found compliant, with the number of each.
- It compares documents with each other and with the file’s information: names, dates, numbers, validity.
- It shows its evidence: each point refers to the field, file and page concerned.
- It answers your reviewer’s questions about the analysed file, based on the uploaded documents.
It reads documents in English, French and Arabic, and your team can write to it in all three languages.
An example
For a business SMS account, DossierBoy can flag that the requested sender name does not resemble the company name, or that a phone number written on a document differs from the one in the file. It can also confirm that a company registration extract is recent and matches the tax ID. What it cannot establish from images, such as whether a signature is authentic, it marks “to be checked” instead of asserting it.
Your team keeps the decision
DossierBoy only works on the file your reviewer has opened, when they ask. It suggests and never decides for you: every acceptance or rejection is made by someone on your team and stays in the file’s history. Its conclusion can be copied in one click for your notes.
How to use it
You choose the DossierBoy add-on when you create your account, on paid plans, or add it later from your space. Each file has 2 analyses and 3 questions, 30 pages maximum per analysis. The free trial includes it with 2 analyses and 3 questions in total for the whole company.
