Onboarding of suppliers, resellers, franchisees and agents: legal documents checked before the contract is signed.
Before paying a supplier or opening a point of sale, their paperwork must be in order: registration, tax certificate, social security, bank details. Dossier.tn sends the request, checks each document and lets you ask again for a certificate when it needs renewing. Purchasing, finance and legal work on the same file.
Examples only: you define your own list.
Often: company registration extract, tax certificate and tax ID, social security (CNSS) certificate, bank details (RIB), and the signed contract or charter.
Yes. Depending on their rights, each department gives its opinion on the documents that concern it, then a manager approves the file. Everything is recorded.
Reopen the supplier’s file and reject the old certificate with the reason “to be renewed”: they upload the new version from their link.
